Movement changes everything

One class can change your day.
A movement can change your life.

Unsure? Normal.

Unwelcome? Never.

You belong here—exactly as you are.

We get it, doing something new is intimidating. That’s why we’ve designed your first experience at The Movement to feel less like taking a class, and more like finding your people.

You won’t be left guessing where to go, what to do, or how to move. Just show up. We’ll take it from there.

Movement changes everything,
and it starts with a single class.

First class details

what you can expect for your first class

Before you arrive

  • Plan to arrive 20 minutes early so we can get you set up stress-free.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes—you’ll sweat a little (or a lot!), but no special gear is needed.

  • Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated. We have a filtered water station for you to fill and refill.

  • Drink water and eat a little something beforehand—nothing heavy, but riding on an empty stomach isn’t fun (trust us). Think banana, toast, or a small snack.

When you get here

  • Our team will greet you at the door, get you checked in, and give you a quick tour of the studio.

  • We’ll get you fitted with cycling shoes—rental is $4 for drop-ins, but free for members (just one of many perks!).

  • Your coach will set up your bike to match your height and comfort.

  • Have questions? We love questions. Ask away!

During class

  • The lights go down, the music turns up, and the energy kicks in.

  • You’ll ride to the beat, guided by a coach who’s there to support—not pressure—you.

  • Go at your own pace, and take breaks when you need to.

  • Have fun!

After class

  • High five, you crushed it!

  • We’ll check in to see how it felt and answer any questions you had about the ride

  • Want to explore riding more? We’re happy to walk you through options—zero pressure.

I am someone who has always hated the gym. I’d think “I’m not strong enough” or “I’ll embarrass myself” or “Everyone will stare at me.”

I had never cycled a single day in my life. Yet it was the first time I loved moving my body.

I felt strong thanks to the encouragement of the coaches, I was never embarrassed because as Emily always says, “Everything is Optional, Nothing is Mandatory,” and if anyone looked my way during class, it’s because they were cheering me on.

If you want a gym family and to fall in love with movement, this place is for you.

From first-time nerves
to can’t-get-enough

My first ride? Chaotic. I didn’t know how to clip my shoes in, I was out of breath in five minutes, and I was 90% sure my legs were going to fall off.

But the energy in the room? UNREAL.

Everyone’s there to crush goals and have a blast doing it. The instructors hype you up like you’re on stage at a concert, and the community is so encouraging.

Now I’ve got my bestie riding next to me, we’re both obsessed, and I’ve never felt stronger.

Just show up, survive your first awkward ride, and trust me—you’ll be hooked.”

—Carter

I just moved to Omaha and joined the studio and never loved it more.

I just completed my 25th ride and ready to take on more.

The studio and staff instructors are the most friendliest and supportive group I have met.”
