    The signature 45-minute rhythm ride that focuses on cardio peak training, where you control the resistance and intensity through hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.

    The signature 30-minute rhythm ride that is a great ride for every “body”, where you are in control, allowing beginners to keep their pace, while more experienced riders can dial it up and challenge themselves.

  • CycleSTRENGTH

    The full body, circuit style ride focusing on rotating cardio/legs/arms, leaving you strong and empowered

  • Cycle + Tone

    The perfect combination of cardio, sweat and strength. This ride combines a 30 minute ride with 15 minutes of upper body work at the end of class.

  • Tone30

    This 30 minute class is off the bike and combines strength, cardio and pilates principles to optimize physical performance using weights. Yoga mat required.
