Her classes are the perfect blend of heart-pumping challenges, uplifting vibes, and dynamic playlists that bring the community together.

Fun facts: I hiked 1600ft in a dress on my wedding day! I have two master’s degrees (mental health counseling and instructional design). I went to the same college as Scottie Pippen, the University of Central Arkansas.
