Liz

Liz is a high school social studies teacher but when she is not teaching her students in school, cycling at The Movement is her favorite hobby.

She never found a workout she really loved until she found cycling. In her classes, you can expect strength and endurance with a sprinkle of fun pop vibes!

Fun facts: Her last name is Persian. She dad was born and raised in Iran which makes her Persian as well!
